Northbound Gear is an outdoor apparel label. Working remotely with founder Sunny Gosal, I developed the Onwards & Upwards brand platform and the refreshed identity that sits on it, then took it across everything it had to live on: print and packaging collateral, landing pages, the apparel itself, and social ads. The clearest result came from the smallest object — a beanie, designed to the new identity, that went on to drive over $24,000 CAD in revenue.
